Hello, I am Maria Elena. I was born in 1985 in the center of beautiful Poland. I want to tell you about my journey.

For over 10 years, I have been working as a masseuse all over the world. It has been a long way with many courses, training, and learning different massage techniques and treatments.

I have learned many types of massage:

• Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Acamana
• Chinese Acupressure
• Hot stone massage
• Cupping
• Gua sha
• Kobido
• Face lifting massage
• Vagus nerves massage

I also learned about aromatherapy, castor oil treatments, and Kinesiotaping.

Now, I use all of this knowledge to create my own special way of massage. It helps many people connect with their body in a deeper way.

These days, I focus a lot on fascia. Fascia is a body tissue that connects everything in the body. It helps us stay young and not fall apart. I use a special way of stretching and touching deep tissues. This helps with pain in all parts of the body – both physical and mental. It’s good for digestion, breathing, and moving better. It also helps people look younger and have better posture.

I like to think of myself as a female version of Sherlock Holmes. Just like Sherlock, I investigate and create special solutions for each body and each case. Every person is different, so I use my skills to find the best way to help each one.

I also make workshops where I teach people about beauty, health, and how to heal themselves. I share what I have learned from my years of experience and from my great teachers.
